Going live on iOS or Android is as easy as pressing the big + button at the bottom of the app. Long press it to quick capture, or just tap it to start a traditional live stream.
Quick Capture
Quick capture when you want to be up and streaming right away. You won't have to set a price or a description or anything. As soon as the system is ready to broadcast, you'll be broadcasting.
You can change the live stream details (description, image, price, location) while you're streaming, or you can wait until you're done and change them afterward.
Live Streaming
When you start a live stream (without quick capturing), you'll be given the opportunity to enter details about the broadcast: description, location, price, preview image, and promoter fee. If you don't select a preview image, the first frame of the broadcast will be used.
Charging for your broadcast
If you specify a price for your broadcast, viewers will have to pay that amount of coins in order to watch beyond the first 30 seconds. Also, you will be able to set a promoter fee, which is the number of coins given as a reward when someone successfully promotes your video.
For example, imagine that you specify a price of 100 coins and a promoter fee of 10. Your friend promotes the video (by clicking the promote button on it), and someone else purchases the video from your friend's link. In that case, you would receive 90 coins, and your friend would receive 10.
While live streaming
While you are live streaming, the broadcast info screen shows your audience activity. You can see every time someone joins, tips, gifts, reacts or chats. When they do, give them a shout-out. Let them know you know they're there!
