Every piece of content in Halogen (videos, profiles, chat messages, comments, etc.) has an overflow menu that lets you report it.

To report content, select "Report" from the overflow menu and follow the prompts. 

Please report any content you see that either violates your copyright or is an abuse of the Halogen system. Videos can be reported for either copyright or abuse violations. Profiles can be reported for abuse violations.

When you report content, that report is immediately made available to Halogen support staff. If the content is found to be in violation of Halogen's Community Guidelines, it will be taken down.
